We are continually talking to our customers, most of who are experienced and new engineers alike, listening and understanding their need for better materials, more dynamic threads and fastener finishes to accommodate a more advanced and dynamic product. Our parts are developed to be utilised in bespoke high-profile projects for a multitude of sectors. Aerospace and the Automotive industry are sectors where material, weight, finish and of course cost are paramount.

Having our own cold forging press means we can work from a customer’s drawing and produce prototypes that enable further engineering and professional discussion, adjusting the product design and manufacture so that it is perfect and fit for purpose, before a high-volume order is ever placed.

With our engineering background, we speak the same R&D language as our customers, so projects run smoothly and keep development costs low, further allowing budget for the end production. Our product range is extensive and includes many standard and non-standard parts supplied in accordance with BS/EN/DIN/ISO.

Our expertise lies in the manufacture of; “SEMS” screws and captivated washer assemblies, double ended studs, tri-lobular and paint clearing threads, bolts and general threaded fasteners, not to mention bespoke security fasteners, including all tamper-proofs.

We like to use a variety of materials depending on the purpose of the product. Materials depend on a variety of factors, such as where it is going, what kind of temperatures it will be subject to, the stresses involved and the possible need to be dynamic. We manufacture in Steel, Stainless Steel 304/316/430, Brass, High-tech alloys, Aluminium, Copper and Phosphor Bronze.

Our R&D department is critical our product development and portfolio but also to our customers. It puts us in a strong position to advise and guide for future requests in an ever-changing industry.
