Forward Industrial Products Ltd, Birmingham, has been acquired by TFC Europe Ltd, a leading supplier of c class parts, technical products and vendor managed inventory solutions with service centres in the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic.
TFC has been operating for over 60 years and is a Business Unit of AFC Industries, one of the world’s leading VMI solutions providers dedicated to providing supply chain management solutions on small components and tooling for manufacturers and assemblers worldwide and based in Cincinnati, USA.
Forward Industrial will continue to be run by the current management team and operate out of the premises in Birmingham.
